How I run it on Grok Bot

Routine: list every routine, compare last run to schedule, mark healthy / missed / stale, only ping me when something is really stuck.

What broke: Six morning routines failed together one day. The sweep caught it, and two later 'misses' turned out to be on schedule, so their schedules got saved to memory.
