How I run it on Grok Bot

Every weekday afternoon the bot pulls my open-loops list, my rocks for the quarter and today’s inbox flags. It picks three things, one line each, with why it matters.

Routine: read open loops, read rocks, drop anything already done, rank by deadline and money, send three lines.

What broke: Early on it repeated items I'd already handled. Now it checks what I replied to that day before it picks.
